Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date: You are entitled to receive a full refund of the tour transportation fee.
Alternatively, you have the option to retain your booking and use it for any future Lime Cay tour date. The credit will be valid for an extended period, providing you with flexibility to reschedule at your convenience.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided. However, you will have the opportunity to keep your booking and use it for a future Lime Cay trip. The credit will remain valid, allowing you to plan your next adventure.
